Bankhead Design produced planning drawings for the complete renovation & addition of a two storey rear  extension to a small terraced house in Mumbles, Swansea. The client wanted an open plan kitchen dining area to the rear with an additional bedroom at first floor level. A planning application has been submitted to the local council for approval of the works.
