BANKHEADDESIGN were appointed to provide design options and planning drawings for the construction of a 2 storey extension to of the rear of a Client's detached home. The client wanted to build a single storey room to the ground floor which would have its own bar, log burner and a pool table & a smaller extension at first floor level which would provide an additional bedroom for their oldest son. The shape of the ground floor extension was required to fit within the original decked garden area. In addition to the main extension the Client also converted the existing garage into a spa area housing a jacuzzi & small gym. The vibrant interior colours of the extension were carried out by the Client. All building works were carried out by the Client's appointed contractor.
